Interview sessions are recorded — audio always, and video with on-device facial-expression metrics if you enable your camera. Before each recording you must give explicit consent (“I understand and consent”) and recording does not start until you do. By accessing and using the platform you also accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Platform sessions
The session runs inside MediaTraining.AI and records only the executive who is practicing — their audio, and video with on-device facial-expression metrics if they enable the camera. Recording starts only after the executive gives explicit consent.
Live meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and others)
Our AI interviewer joins your existing video call to interview an executive. On joining, the AI announces that the meeting is being recorded (audio and/or video). The interview is normally between the AI and the executive being interviewed. If anyone else is in the call, the recording disclosure applies to them as well — by choosing to remain in the meeting after the disclosure, they consent to being recorded. Anyone who does not consent should leave the meeting.
Executive
You control your own account and material; you give consent before each recording and can exercise your data rights at any time.
Company
You access the material of executives linked to your company, and you are responsible for informing them and holding their signed authorization.
Agency
You access client companies and their executives, and must hold signed authorizations from each company and executive whose material you access.
MediaTraining.AI is a tool that helps executives and professionals practice and improve their media skills. OF.MediaTech provides the platform as a processor acting on our customers' instructions — we do not employ the participants and do not control the relationship between an employer and its people. The decision to use the platform, and any internal requirement to train or to act on the results, rests with the customer (the company or agency). We do not compel anyone to participate and are not responsible for how an employer mandates the training, interprets the results, or makes employment decisions. Participation should be voluntary and with appropriate consent; the customer is responsible for using the platform lawfully and fairly, including under applicable labour and data-protection law. AI reports are guidance to support coaching — not automated employment decisions.
We treat all content you upload and generate — press materials, recordings, transcripts and reports — as strictly confidential, and use it only to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement). Access is restricted and encrypted. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available for business customers who need one.
