1. Purpose. The Company has engaged the Agency to support its executives' media training on the MediaTraining.AI platform (operated by OF.MediaTech, Cork, Ireland).

2. Authorization. The Company and each named executive authorize the Agency and its designated personnel to access the executives' session recordings (audio/video), transcripts, reports and scores, solely to provide media-training services.

3. Executive consent. Each participating executive confirms they consent to the Agency accessing their material, in addition to the recording consent given in the platform.

4. Confidentiality. The Agency will keep all material strictly confidential, use it only for the agreed services, and not disclose it to third parties without authorization.

5. Rights & deletion. Executives retain their data rights (access, correction, export, deletion, withdrawal of consent) via the Company, the Agency, or privacy@mediatraining.ai.

6. Term. Valid for the duration of the engagement, unless withdrawn in writing by the Company or the executive.
