1. Purpose. The Company uses the MediaTraining.AI platform (operated by OF.MediaTech, Cork, Ireland) to deliver AI-assisted media-training sessions to its executives.

2. Recording & analysis. I authorize the recording of my training sessions (audio, and video with on-device facial-expression metrics where I enable my camera) and their automated AI analysis to generate performance reports. I understand recording only begins after I give explicit consent in the platform before each session.

3. Biometric/sensitive data. I understand voice and facial-expression metrics may constitute special-category/biometric data, processed only with my explicit consent, and that I may decline video at any time without affecting the audio-only session.

4. Company access. I authorize the Company and its designated reviewers to access my session recordings, transcripts, reports and scores for the purpose of coaching and performance review, subject to confidentiality.

5. Confidentiality. The Company will keep my material confidential and use it only for media-training purposes.

6. Rights. I understand I may access, correct, export or request deletion of my data, and withdraw this authorization for future processing, by contacting the Company or privacy@mediatraining.ai.

7. Term. This authorization remains valid while I am enrolled by the Company, unless withdrawn in writing.
