2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the media training service
To generate AI performance reports
To analyze voice and facial expressions during training sessions
To manage your account, billing, and subscriptions
To send transactional emails (confirmations, reports, billing)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to process your data:

Supabase: Database, authentication, file storage (EU region)
Hume.ai: Voice emotion analysis during interviews
OpenAI: AI report generation from transcripts
Stripe: Payment processing
Vercel: Hosting and content delivery

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Training session data (transcripts, recordings, reports) is kept for 2 years. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
