MediaTraining.AI is an AI-powered corporate media training platform that allows users to practice interviews with AI journalists, receive performance reports, and track improvement over time. The Service includes voice and video interview modes, flashcard study tools, and team management features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service offers various subscription plans. All plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next period. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
New users receive 3 free AI interview sessions. No credit card is required for the free trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
Performance reports, scores, and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice. Reports are intended as training tools to supplement — not replace — human communication coaching and professional media training.
Voice and video recordings from training sessions are stored securely and are only accessible to the user who created them, their company administrators (if applicable), and authorized agency administrators. Recordings are used solely for training purposes and report generation.

The Service, including all software, AI models, designs, and content, is owned by MediaTraining.AI. Content you upload (press releases, talking points) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
MediaTraining.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
