How does the free trial work?
You start with $16.67 in free credit and 2 Self-Modeling packs — no credit card, and no time limit. At the Pay-as-you-go practice rate, the credit covers roughly 42 minutes; live meetings use a different rate.
How are minutes counted?
Every account can connect its own OpenAI API. Trial and Pay as you Go platform limits still apply; recurring plans include on-platform BYOK practice without a MediaTraining.AI per-minute charge. Managed AI and Live Meeting use wallet credit by actual duration.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. A new plan starts after its checkout succeeds, and unused minutes from your current plan are carried into it. Regular monthly renewals reset the plan pool; wallet credit does not expire.
Is there a contract?
Choose monthly or annual billing. You can cancel renewal anytime from your billing page and keep access through the paid period.
What is Self-Modeling?
With your recorded consent, the platform clones your voice so you can hear yourself delivering the ideal answers to tough interview questions — an established sports-psychology technique. Every clip is labeled as AI audio and you can delete your voice clone anytime. Self-Modeling is a usage add-on on every public plan; any account can buy 10 packs in the Shop for $6.67.

Team costs €19 per month for the platform plus €10 per active executive. At least one executive is required, so the minimum is €29 per month. Annual billing is €190 for the platform plus €100 per active executive, with a €290 minimum.
Who counts as a paid Team seat?
Only active members with the Executive role consume a paid seat. Company administrators, communication professionals, consultants and report reviewers can collaborate without an additional seat fee.
Is there a public Enterprise subscription?
No new public Enterprise tier is sold. Existing legacy subscriptions are preserved. SSO/SAML, SLA, white-label, API access, procurement and dedicated support are available as custom Enterprise Services.
